Emily Sisson is one of the finest women distance runners in the United States. A fine high school athlete, who became a finecollege athlete, who has become an amazing professional athlete, who can battle well at 10,000m-marathon. Emily was an excellent interview, she possesses a good sense of humor and lots of self knowledge.

Thanks to Emily Sisson on the interview and Mike Deering on producing #socialingthedistance.
