The Millrose Games was held on Saturday afternoon, January 29, 2022. Even with the crazy snow on the East coast, some fine performances. Among them, great Miles, 3000m races and awesome 800m runs!

Josh Kerr battled Ollie Hoare in the WHOOP MIle until the final meters, with Ollie setting an Australian record and Josh Kerr breaking the Scottish record of Chris O’Hare (3:52.91) with his fine 3:52.27.

Sunday is about getting a good, relaxed long run in. You know Des Linden got her Sunday run in. She’s building for the 125th BAA Boston . In the clip today, Des Linden speaks about the battle she had in the 2020 Olympic Trials, where she took 4th, after making teams in 2012 and 2016.
