You gotta love the Bowerman Track Club.

The athletes under the care of Coaches Jerry Schumacher and Pasqual Dobert train hard, recover smart, pay attention to the details, and race to their fullest. On Friday night, Gabrielle De Bues Stafford, coming back from a superb 3000 meters at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix, put her name, for a second time, on the Canadian record, with an amazing 14:31.38. In the second place, Elise Cranny took down Shalane Flanagan’s AR with Elise’s 14:33.17. Courtney Frerichs, the Olympic silver medalist at the steeple, opened her 2022 with a fine 14:48.75 PB.
