Experience the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 to the fullest with DAIMANI’s Luxury VIP Packages, Accommodations, and Concierge Tips

The World Athletics Championships Oregon22 are coming to the U.S. for the first time, so it’s only fitting that those in attendance ensure that they’re making the most of the experience. Guests from all over the globe are expected to take the stands in the University of Oregon’s state-of-the-art Hayward Field to witness world-class athletes compete in track and field events. And with thousands of sports fans anticipated, it can be tricky to figure out event, travel, and accommodation plans. Thankfully, DAIMANI has you covered.

Over the course of the 10-day track and field championships, two incredible VIP hospitality packages are being offered–CADENCE CLUB and CADENCE CLUB Finish Line. Each package offers guests the opportunity to relax and socialize in an environment that is anything but your typical tailgate party. Attendees will be welcomed into Hospitality Village VIP tents which are adjacent to Hayward Field–there is also a separate private entrance into the venue, so, no need to worry about long lines and crowds during the event.

Expect nothing but the best when it comes to food, beer, wine, and hospitality during your VIP experience. Representing the Pacific Northwest and the city of Eugene, guests will enjoy wine from King Estate Winery, beer from Hop Valley Brewing, and the chef-driven menu will feature the freshest, highest-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. Hospitality hours will be from 2-5 pm prior to evening sessions and 8-9 pm afterward.

Both packages offer guests fantastic seats in either the Gold or the Category A section where you’ll watch athletes make their final stretch and beat world records–the CADENCE CLUB Finish Line package places you quite literally at the finish line. Learn more about the CADENCE CLUB and CADENCE CLUB Finish Line packages and purchase tickets here.

It’s important to consider your accommodations and how you’d like to spend your time outside of the event. Due to the popularity of the event, unfortunately, many accommodations have been sold out and booked already. Luckily, DAIMANI has paired with First Nature Tours and VIVA! Events to put together a variety of packages for your accommodation and travel needs.

Whether you’re a private group or an organization, First Nature Tours and VIVA! have packages that include airport/event transportation, hotel accommodations, and sightseeing to make your entire experience memorable and stress-free. Each company offers a Portland package where guests will stay in a 4-star hotel and have luxury private transport to and from the sporting event.

For those that want to explore a bit more of the gorgeous state of Oregon, choose from wine country packages that will let you taste wines from some of the world’s best vineyards and wineries. Take in views of stunning rolling hills while sipping on some of the most renowned varietals. Then enjoy a private winery dinner before retreating to your 4-star hotel. Learn more about all of the VIP package offerings here.

Regardless of how you’re getting to the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 or where you’re sitting, there are so many fantastic places to explore near the event. The city of Eugene is home to some of the best restaurants, craft beer, and wineries in the region, and the surrounding nature is not only breathtaking, but it’s nearly endless.

Take a quick drive to visit featured vendor King Estate Winery or many of the other surrounding wineries and vineyards. The panoramic valley views provide the ideal setting to sample their award-winning wines. If you’re more of a craft beer fan, Track Town, USA is home to dozens of breweries and tasting rooms–including Hop Valley, another featured vendor. And if you’re hungry, you’ll find everything from fine French dining to food carts–Eugene truly offers a little bit of everything.

While visiting Eugene for the WCH Oregon 22, visitors and locals alike will want to take advantage of all of the incredible outdoor activities in the lush, green landscape. Set up a tee time at the Laurelwood Golf Course where you can practice your stroke at one of the city’s highest-rated courses. Or, get your lungs pumping with a visit to Spencer Butte. Hike through old-growth forest before taking in breathtaking 360-degree views of the valley when you reach the summit.

For those that have a half-day or more to spend in the area, the Pacific Ocean and the charming town of Florence are just an hour and twenty minutes from Hayward Field. Known as Oregon’s Coastal Playground, Florence has miles of walkable beaches, rolling sand dunes, fresh seafood, and quaint boutiques. Or, try your luck at the Three Rivers Casino where they have card and slot games, as well as entertainment and dining options–the casino offers shuttles to-and-from Eugene.

DAIMANI’s extraordinary CADENCE CLUB VIP packages are the first of their kind and have been designed to give guests the experience of a lifetime. Celebrate the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 by participating in this exciting moment in the lap of luxury and let us take care of the legwork.
