Recovery is a time for a physical break and a mental break. If you need to take break days, then, consider taking a few days off during the holidays.
You pick the days, we just provide you with minimum days of running and let you go from there.
Your workout today, is a slow warm-up, 30-40 minutes of running, easy cooldown.
Watch a movie, or read a book, and enjoy some quiet time.
