Jake Wightman was one of the chasing pack in 2022, and that all changed at the World Championships. His win over Jakob Ingebrigtsen catapulted Jake into the hunted category. His three medals in 3 championships showed that he is not someone to be trifled with. Jake just ran 3000m in Sheffield, taking second in a gutty, gritty race. A quiet reminder, not lost on Jake that one wins medals one mile at a time, one race at a time.
