This is Sunday, April 16, 2023.
This is day 7 of week 5 for Spring Training for the Middle Distances.
This is a long-run day.
Your workout today is a good warm-up, 75-90 minutes of moderate running on a good, hilly course, then a good cool-down.
Long run days were my favorites. Running through the hills in the Santa Cruz mountains were my favorite runs.
Long runs help build your endurance and confidence in your training.
