This is Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

This is an easy day.

Recovery days are key to your development. We suggest an easy day between hard days.

Your workout today is warm-up, slowly, with 15 sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, 45-55 minutes, easy running, 6 x 150 meter stride-outs, cooldown slowly.
