3. Faith Kipyegon set a new WR for mile 4:07.64.

4. Hagos Gebrihewit runs 5,000m of his life, 12:42.18.

5. Shericka Jackson wins 200m in 21.86, and Gabby Thomas has a tough day. Julien Alfred is second on 22/08, Dina Asher-Smith is third on 22.23.
4. Karsten Warholm runs 400m hurdles in MR/DLR of 46.51 with Alison Dos Santos, 47.66, and CJ Allen, 47.85. Warholm is primed as ever.

5. Simon Koech of Kenya surprised a tough field and ran 8:04.19. We are seeing the rise of a new star.
6. Mondo Duplantis had a tough day in the office. Chris Nilsen cleared 5.92m for the win.
7. Adding some excitement to the Triple Jump, Hugues Fabrice Zango won the TJ on his last jump, 17.70m, overcoming Jaydon Hibbert with his 17.66m jump.
8. Sydney McLaughlin withdrew from the 400m flat due to a possible knee injury.
9. Natalie Kaczmarek continues to impress; the Polish 400m runner ran 49.63 for the win.
10. Nia Ali led a US sweep in the 100m hurdles, 12.30 PB, with Keni Harrison, 12.31, and Alaysha Johnson, 12.39.
11. Nicola Olyslagers wins HJ, 1.99m, with the 3 top Ukranians, Iryna Gerashchenko, 1.98m, and Yaroslava Mahuchikh, 1.96m.

12. London Diamond League was held on July 23, 2023.
13. 50,000 fans went to the London Anniversary Games, the first time held in five years!
14. Noah Lyles wins epic 200m in MR 19.47, Letsile Tebogo, African record, 19.50, Zharnel Hughes, 19.73, breaking John Regis British NR that was 30 years old.
15. Wayde Van Niekerk ran 44.36 to Bryce Deadmon’s 44.40 and Vernon Deadmon’s 44.46.
16. Yared Nuguse wins 1,500m in 3:30.44, with 13th under 3:32.14.
17. Grant Holloway, two-time WC, wins 110m hurdles in 13.01 with Olympic champ Hansle Parchment in 13.26.

18. JuVaugh Harrison wins HJ in 2.35m, Mutaz Barshim, 2.33m.
19. Ryan Crouser wins the show, putting in 23.07, Tom Walsh in 22.58m.
20. Daniel Stahl wins discus in 67.03m, Matthew Denny, in 66.77m, and Kristjan Ceh in 66.02m.
21. Marie-Jose Ta Lou takes 100m in London in 10.75 over Dina Asher-Smith, 10.85, and Shericka Jackson, 10.94.
22. Jemma Reekie had the 50,000 crowd screaming with her fab win in 1;57.30.
23. Gudaf Tsegay wins 5000m, sets MR in 14:12.29, Sifan Hassan, ER in 14;13.42, Alicia Monson in fifth, in 14:19.45 AR.
24. Femke Bol runs ER/NR/PB of 51.45 in 400m hurdles.

25. Jackline Chepkoech, 8:57.35, Beatrice Chepkoech, 9:04.34 in 3000m steeplechase, titanic struggle!
26. Euro Champ Wilma Murto clears 4.80m with Oly champ, WC champ Katie Moon, 4.80m, Tina Sutej, 4.71m.
27. Quanesha Burks wins in 6.98 LJ over Brooks Buschkuehl, 6.72m and Tara Davis-Woodhall, 6.72, Jazmin Sawyers, 6.62m.

This is the last big meet prior to the World Champs!
