Larry’s Deep Thoughts: Recovery days are key to your success this spring. Keep them very easy! I learned this lesson from my college training partner, Paul Gyorey. Paul would get us out on West Valley track on the hard days, and then, we would run by our lonesome on easy days. In that season, we ran PBs each time we raced, as the easy days gave us time to recover.
