1. USATF indoors was not televised on Friday; there was a paywall on USATF.TV. Most fans relied on social media. We wrote about Grant Holloway, who hurdled 7.27 for 60m hurdles, a new WR! Tia Jones equaled the 60m hurdle WR of 7.67, then scored 7.68 to win the final. Ellie St. Pierre won 3000m with a tricky last 400m in 8:54, by 9 seconds! Yared Nuguse battled Olin Hacker, with Yared taking the win in 7.55.
2. Chris Nilsen and Sam Kendrick battled in the Men’s pole vault, 6.00m for Nilsen to Kendrick’s in 5.95m.
3. Saturday had two hours of NBC Prime coverage! Big 1500ms, men’s shot put (Crouser in 22.80m), and Noah Lyles over Christian Coleman in WL 6.43!
5. Daniel Haugh broke men’s weight throw best with 26.53m, 86’5.5″, breaking Lance Deal’s WB from 26 years ago before Daniel was born!!!!

6. In the British champs, 60 m was won by Amy Hunt and Jeremiah Aziz.
7. Crowd of 7,440 at Birmingham, breaking crowd record from 1960s!
8. Molly Caudery sets NR in pv, 4.85m, world leader.
9. Laura Muir wins 3000m, Jemma Reekie wins 800m in 1:58!
10. Josh Kerr is racing 3000m in Glasgow, a fantastic duel with Yared Nuguse!!!!
