Larry’s Deep Thoughts: Recover today so you can race tomorrow.

Karsten Warholm took silver at the World Indoor in Glasgow. In only his third race of the year, he was caught at the line by Belgium’s Alexander Doom, who took the gold in the 400 meters.

Karsten Warholm started as a decathlete and dabbled in the 400m hurdles. Now, a three-time World, Olympic, and European champion, Karsten ran indoors because he wanted to race and have some fun!

Watch this guy battle Rai Benjamin, who beat Karsten at the end of 2023. The road to Paris has begun!
