1. The Drake Relays concluded on Saturday, April 27, 2024; here are the results: https://results.drakerelays.us/ Besides its streaming on USATF.TV, Runnerspace, it had two hours on CBS.
2. The Penn Relays were an amazing success this past weekend, ended Saturday, April 27, 2024, https://pennrelaysonline.com/Results/schedule.aspx Flotrack covered Penn Relays. For the first year in many, Penn did not have a terrestrial TV window.
3. The World Relays are in the Bahamas this weekend, May 4 and 5. The 4x100m, 4x400m, and Mixed 4x400m teams for the #Paris2024 Olympics will be decided at the World Relays. You can watch the Relays on Peacock.
4. The first two meets of the Diamond League in China were a resounding success! I hope to visit them in 2024. The crowds embraced the meets, the global broadcast was quite good, and the performances were fantastic.
5. Kudos to #USATFbermuda, which had great runs from #AbbySteiner, #NoahLyles and #TamaraDavis, plus the incomparable #Kiranijames.
6. Big News on the USATF LA Grand Prix! This is from EME News!
LOS ANGELES (USA): More names for the Los Angeles Grand Prix (WACT Gold) on May 18 have been revealed by organizers. Ackeem Blake, Kenny Bednarek, and Letsile Tebogo will join Christian Coleman in the 100m. Former Olympic and World champion Dalilah Muhamad will challenge Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone in her 400m hurdles come-back. Olympic silver medallist Mohammed Ahmed joins a stellar trio of Joshua Cheptegei, Jacob Kiplimo, and Selemon Barega in the 5000m, and Briton Katie Snowden challenges Diribe Welteji in the 1500m. For the men’s 1500m, Ollie Hoare, Reynold Cheruiyot, and teenage star Cameron Myers have been announced.

8. Nike Pre Classic May 25, 2024, is a one-day affair that should rock! At www.nikepreclassic.com, Gudaf Tsegay is going for a WR at 10,000m to start the meet! I am looking forward to the women’s 100 meters and the men’s shot put, among other events.
9. The US Olympic Trials will be June 20-29, 2024, in the track capital of Lane Country, Eugene, Oregon.
