Week 1, Day 1, Summer Mileage Program

Welcome to the first day and first week of the 2024 Summer Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks until mid-September.

We keep it relaxed this week and add, week by week, more challenges and more inspiration!

Today, get in a 45-50-minute run in a cool part of the day and stay hydrated. Join some friends and keep it fun and relaxed at a pace you can talk at!

Yesterday, in Paris, Faith Kipyegon broke her own world record in the 1,500 meters! It was her third race of the season!

    Larry Eder has had a 52-year involvement in the sport of athletics. Larry has experienced the sport as an athlete, coach, magazine publisher, and now, journalist and blogger.
