Thursday is a good day for a run. Keep your run relaxed, and vary your surfaces!
Summer mileage will change your life.
Running with friends during the summer was one of the highlights of my Summer running.
Consistency is the biggest ally of the distance runner.
Daily runs, consistent running, and training are the key to success.
There will be good days and bad days. The key is to keep the running going on even your toughest and most complicated days.
It is not about high mileage or low mileage; it is about key consistent workouts and then easy days.
You have almost completed the second week of summer mileage, Stay with it!

Enjoy your summer running.
What do you want to do this summer? What do you want to achieve?
