Week 2, Day 6, Summer Mileage Program
Welcome to the sixth day and second week of the 2024 Summer Mileage Program, which runs for ten weeks until mid-September.
Our goal is to build you into a strong cross-country runner.
We keep it relaxed this week and add, week by week, more challenges and more inspiration!

Saturday is the end of the week.
Today, you can enjoy your run, which we suggest at 45-55 minutes.
Summer mileage will change your life.
Running with friends during the summer was one of the highlights of my Summer running.
Consistency is the biggest ally of the distance runner.
Daily runs, consistent running, and training are the key to success.
Find a run where you can run hard a couple times for six to eight minutes, up a good hill or two.
We will get a bit more focused next week, in week 3, again the goal is to run each and every day!
