1. Mt.SAC announcement on changing iconic course on high school cross country. We have some issues with the announcement.

2. Rai Benjamin, after seeing Michael Johnson’s comments on the World’s fastest man or woman, and MJ noting, “it is a matter of opinion,” noted that he was the world’s fastest man. I love Rai, sounds good to me!
