3. Charlie Vause surprised a few folks with his fine win in 15:28.1. TJ Hansen was second in 15:30.6, Caden Leonard, was third in 15:31.0, Thomas Latham was 4th in 15:32.4, and Evan Noonan was fifth in 15:32.7.
4. This is the 20th year of the NIKE NXN event, which got its wings from the NIKE Border Clash, which was held for over 15 years as a battle between Oregon and Washington cross country high school best. I loved that event.
