Monday and Tuesday (January 27 and 28) will see race packs available for collection at The Agenda, Dubai Media City from 10am to 8pm, while the grounds of the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) – hosts of the Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon – will be the location for those wishing to pick up their race pack and number on Thursday and Friday (January 30 and 31).

Opening hours for the two days of collection from the grounds of the RAKTDA on Al Marjan Island will be from 10am to 8pm (Thursday) and 10am to 5pm (Friday). No run number collection will be available on the day of the race itself.

In addition to official run numbers for the 2km, 5km, 10km, and Half-Marathon races, runners will also receive a Climacool T-shirt courtesy of Adidas, the official apparel supplier to the Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon for the second consecutive year.

All Half Marathon, 10km, and 5km runners will also receive a finisher’s medal and a downloadable finish certificate. In comparison, competitors in the 2km will receive a finisher’s medal and a downloadable participation certificate.

While thousands of runners will line up looking to enjoy the day or even set a new personal best at their chosen distance, a host of global running stars will be hunting record times in the UAE sunshine.

Reigning Berlin Marathon champion Milkesa Mengesha comes to Ras Al Khaimah fresh from winning the 2025 Hong Kong Half. It will be joined by Ethiopian compatriot Andamlak Belihu – two-time winner of the New Delhi Half Marathon – and Kenya’s rising star of the distance, Isaia Lasoi.

Lasoi, who has openly admitted that he wants to break the half-marathon world record “soon,” finished third in Ras Al Khaimah last year and will be one to watch. Mengesha, who stunned the running world with his marathon victory (2:03:17) in Berlin, could also improve his half-marathon record 58:58.

For those who have yet to sign up to run, registration for the annual Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon remains open at rakhalfmarathon.com. The 2025 Ras Al Khaimah Half Marathon is also sponsored by RAKTDA, Adidas, Channel 4 Radio Network, ITP Media Group, and Bisleri.
