Summary of Middle & Long Distance Results
NOTE: Jakob Ingebrigtsen (NOR) won his sixth and seventh gold medals at a European Indoor Championships, winning both the 1500m and 3000m.  Azeddine Habz (FRA) won two medals (silver in the 1500m and bronze in the 3000m), as did Salome Afonso (POR) (silver in the 1500 and bronze in the 3000m).  Also noteworthy was Sarah Healy’s win in the 3000m, the first gold medal ever for Ireland at a European Indoor Championships –Ed.
