Silesia Diamond League Presser: Karsten Warholm wants a sub 47 tomorrow for the 400m hurdles, by EME News

CHORZOW (POL): Karsten Warholm returns to the Silesia Diamond League for the second consecutive year. After switching to Lane 8 (nine lane track) last year, where he ran 46.95, he will do the same again in his first rave since the Stockholm Diamond League. “My last race was in Stockholm, it was our plan all along. I wanted to have a couple of months in the middle of the season to train, to get ready for the World Championships. It was the plan all year, and hopefully it works out”.
