3. While I do feel like the new way of short interviews is similar to a rubgy scrum, I do like the short interviews, and then did two wonderful long interviews, with Steve Jones and Greg Meyer.
4. I am starting a new marathon podcast series, and will share shortly.
5. In two weeks, we are off to the 2025 NYC Marathon. We will be working with a new partner, www.FurnishedQuarters.com, check out the banner ads on www.RunBlogRun.com and www.RunningNetwork.com (In NYC, 10/29 to 11/4).
6. NXN has regionals on November 9, November 14, and November 22, with finals on December 6, 2025!

7. Brooks XC Nationals, presented by #FleetFeet, has announced a streaming deal with #FloTrack, details coming. Regionals are November 29 and December 6, with Nationals on December 14! Remember, 20 athletes will get #GoldenTickets!
