RunBlogRun presents
The Journey To Compete
Episode 1 with Juli Benson
Clip 2 – Discussing the best way to recover for an athlete: Rest and Hydration
This is clip 2 in The Journey to Compete: Coaching Tips, a collaboration between NIKE and RunBlogRun. We hope you enjoy it!
This may be the most important clip of this interview series! And I loved the Mile training clip from Coach Benson! Coach Juli Benson gets it, from her racing in high school, college and as an elite athlete. Listen to her discussion on Rest and Hydration, a thought provoker and use it with your athletes!
