A great second DL of the season, the Xiamen Diamond League, held on May 23, 2026, had some impressive American performances. Here’s what we noticed:
- Masai Russell is OH SO CLOSE! 12.14 for the 100m hurdles, a new American Record, a Diamond League record, the world lead and second fastest EVER!

- Women’s 200 meters: Anavia Battle in third in 22.29, Sha’Carri Richardson in 22.38 for 4th, Jenna Prandini in 5th in 22.46, McKenzie Long in eighth in 22.63.
- Men’s 100 meters: Trayvon Bromell, third in 10.03, Kenny Bednarek, 4th in 10.03.
