Workout for Monday, June 1, 2026,(Week 12 , Day 1, Spring 2026), End of season
This is the end-of-season workouts for Spring 2026. This is to help athletes prepare for the end of the season, which happens from June 1 to June 21.

Nike Outdoor, June 18-20, NB Outdoor, June 18-20).
On June 1, we will begin pre-season for the RBR Summer mileage program, and we encourage runners from 400 meters on up to try it.
We will also continue training for track and field through the NIKE Outdoor and New Balance Outdoors, which will be held June 18-21.
Your Monday workout: Warm-up, 30 minutes of moderate running, 6 x 150-meter stride-outs, 15 minutes of easy running, cool down well, hydrate.
