Tamberi still undecided ROME (ITA): Reigning World high jump champion Gianmarco Tamberi is included in the Italian selection for Tokyo. However the FIDAL President Stefano Mei said “He is entered in the high jump as the reigning champion, he requested and was granted a few more days for technical evaluation tests before deciding whether to leave. He is determined to compete for the Italian national team if he believes he can be competitive.” From FIDAL.
