The recovery time around the holidays is a time for reflection, a time to relax, and a time to do all the things you missed when you were training hard! Go stand in line for the new Star Wars movie, find the gooiest, thickest pizza, and try a Vietnamese noodle house ( I go one that is Vegan, where everythng but the noodles and veggies made with tofu! It is awesome!).
Oh, an have a nice, relaxed run or walk today!
Happy Holidays. Enjoy the time with your family and friends. That is the spirit that should come from the Holiday season.
