VALENCIA (ESP): Kenya’s Nicholas Kimeli is among those who will pace Joshua Cheptegei in his world 10,000m attempt at the NN Valencia World Record Day on Wednesday, with 13:05 targeted for halfway. Roy Hoornweg and Ryan Gregson will also be involved as the Ugandan tries to break the 26:17.53 set by Kenenisa Bekele in 2005. Meanwhile in the women’s 5000m, world 10,000m silver medallist Letesenbet Gidey will be paced by Esther Guerrero and Beatrice Chepkoech in looking for 8:30-8:35 at 3000m.
