Lightfoot 594, surprise by Algerian 800 m runner
LUBBOCK (USA, Jan 16): KC Lightfoot cleared 594 collegiate record at the Texas Tech Corky Classic. He also tried at 6 meters. Top shape by Courtney Lindsey who achieved personal bests with 6.59 in the 60 m and 20.45 in the 200 m. Second Ghana´s Benjamin Azamati-Kwaku also a PB 6.60. Big surprise was the Algerian record 1:45.98 by Takieddine Hedeilli in the 800 m. He had 3:37.88 in the 1500 m before his US college stay in 2017, last year already in US got 1:48.50 as fastest. Nigerian record 14.28 by Ruth Osoro in triple jump, she also won with 651 the long jump. Also to note Trey Culver 225 in high jump, Justin Hall 801 in long jump and Adrian Piperi 20.61 in shot put. Kynnedy Flannel posted 7.27 in women 60 m, Arria Minor 23.39 PB in the 200 m and Tuesdi Tidwell 441 in the pole vault. Baylor got 3:08.87 in the 4×400 m.
