Athing Mu has been pretty impressive for the last few years. This season at Texas A & M has showcased the amazing talent of Athing!

Now she cranks out a WL 1:57.73!

WACO (USA, Apr 16-17): Athing Mu claimed a world 800m lead and PB with 1:57.73 (negative splits 59 and 58), also fastest U20 time since 2014, 8th all-time U20 mark, and U20 area record at the Michael Johnson Invitational. Second Alliyah Miller 2:00.87. Gabrielle Thomas got sprint double 11.21 (+1.5) and 22.92 (+1.9) over Morolake Akinosun 11.23 and Briton Jodie Williams 23.23. Chanel Brissett posted a windy 12.85 (+2.3) in the hurdles and PanamaÂ´s Gianna Woodruff clocked 56.22 in the 400 m hurdles. Liberian record holder Emmanuel Matadi posted 10.12 (+1.4) in the 100 m and Zach Bradford went over 571 in the pole vault.
