MADRID (ESP): Fresh European indoor record holder at 3000 m Adel Mechaal from Spain plans to attack the Spanish 1500 m at WIT Gold meet in Birmingham on February 19. He plans to compete at World Indoors in Belgrade. He said: “I’m more motivated than ever”.
“I think I’m still not training one hundred percent. Before, I used to face the indoor track and the cross very focused and when I suffered a setback the world came crashing down on me, but this year I have found the balance between training, enjoying myself and having my time to my personal things”, concluded the Spanish athlete.
