This is a workout for Day 4, Week 8 of the RunBlogRun Winter Training.

Today is a day in the hills.

Your workout today is warm up slowly, 30 minutes of moderate running to hard running, then, 8 x 250 meter hills, 4 x 100 meter hills, jog down, and 15 minutes cooldown.
