The day was long, it was October 31, in fact. The Shoe Addicts, our digital partners and I, had crossed the Big Apple, doing video for our clients at the TCS New York City Marathon Expo. I had planned to take the crew to the Breathe Easy Spa, so that they could experience for themselves, the benefits of salt therapy.

In this video, the Shoe Addicts interviewed Gary Patrick, co-founder of Breathe Easy, a salt therapy spa, with several locations in New York City. Gary found out about salt therapy in Europe, when he was having breathing issues due to a nose that had been broken on several occasions.
Salt Therapy has been used in Poland for at least a hundred years. Gary Patrick is offering a free first visit to RunBlogRun and RunningNetwork readers, who mention this offer and video.
For more information on Breathe Easy, please go to www.BreatheEasyUSA.com. To learn about the special offer for RunBlogRun and Running Network readers please call 917.935.9557. Tell them that you saw the video on RunBlogRun.com!
