This is your workout for Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Today is a hill workout.

So, warm up well, do a 30-minute run, begin easy, work up to a moderate pace, then, two times a hilly mile (six or seven minutes of gut-wrenching, stomach-churning hills), with six minutes of jogging, walking, breathing in between, after these two horrific miles, cooldown for fifteen minutes slowly. Hydrate.

Send us a video of the hilly mile, and I will send you a t-shirt. Email me at [email protected].

Of RunBlogRun, his daily pilgrimage with the sport, Larry says: "I have to admit, I love traveling to far away meets, writing about the sport I love, and the athletes I respect, for my readers at runblogrun.com, the most of anything I have ever done, except, maybe running itself." Also does some updates for BBC Sports at key events, which he truly enjoys.

Theme song: Greg Allman, " I'm no Angel."
