Your Long run is one of the key workouts in your weekly training if your run is above 400 meters.

This is your workout for Sunday, August 20, 2023.

Your workout today is quite simple.

Warm up, spend 60-90 minutes on the road, and run moderately, then hydrate afterward.

Arthur Lydiard, the late great father of modern distance training, told us that runs of 90 minutes to 2 hours plus helped build capillarization, your endurance, and give you the strength to handle the tough training as you build to the season.
