4. Steve Jones won the 1984 and 1985 Chicago Marathon, setting WR in the 1984 race (he fell in 1983, injured his ankle).

The WR in Chicago was insane, as I called it, but to appreciate it, we must know if it is legitimate and with the amount of doping in Kenya, questions are only natural.
