The orchestration of a successful sports event is more than keeping it on time. There is a rythm, there is the need to keep the crowd enthused and invovled, and there if the pacing of the events.

The best events that I have been to, over the years, had the best events as the last events on the schedule. New Balance Indoor GP was such a meet last night.

With a fine women’s 3000 meters, and then, men’s 3000 meters, followed by a WR in the DMR, and then, an exciting and close Men’s mile, and the crowd of 4500 was on its feet!
