Faith Chepngetich Kipyegon won the junior women’s race in 17:51 for the 6k course, leading Kenya to a gold team win, with 14 points. Faith was one of the few junior women to defend her junior title! Just check out the hill on the back side of the course! Faith Kipyegon just flew down the back of the hill, literally going airborne a couple of times, as she flew down the course! She fell down to the ground after the finish. USA Junior women were sixth, with a score of 105 in this race.
