The senior men’s race at the 2013 World Cross Country Championships was held in very tough conditions. Ethiopia’s team won the senior men’s title as the US put four men in the top nineteen, lead by Ben True and Chris Derrick.
The video below is courtesy the IAAF and gives RBR and RunningNetwork readers highlights of one of the best races in the World Cross Country annals. 476 athletes competed in Poland from 47 countries.
The video shows how tough the course was. It was sure amazing to see Ben True and Chris Derrick in the top ten!
