Today is a pretty simple tune up workout. One of my favorites was a two to three mile where we would jog the turns and sprint the straights. It is a great workout for turnovers.

Saucony RBR Fall Cross Country Training Program, Week 22, Day two

Tuesday: warm up, two miles sprint the straightways and jog the turns, do the sprints at your current 5k race pace, cooldown

This week is about fine tuning, and knowing that with NXN regionals, FootLocker regionals, the races have more and more on the line!
