Jos Hermens On Hamburg and Ethiopia OG Selection Policy, Interview by Andy Endwards, Race News Service

Jos Hermans influenced my early running with his fearless world record for the hour run. I remember seeing him in a RW book on the 1976 Olympics, with long hair and his glasses. That he had run two 10,000 meter runs, both under 29 minutes, blew my mind. His level of fitness then was amazing.

Over the last three decades, Jos Hermans built a business in sports marketing and athlete management that was celebrated earlier in the month. Many of the greatest runners in the world competed for Jos's company.

In this interview with Andy Edwards, Jose Hermans speaks about how the Ethiopians will pick their teams for the 2016 Olympics.
