This is the first in a series of 20 videos with Ben Rosario, coach of the HOKA ONE ONE Northern Arizona Elite. Coach Ben will be speaking about the art and science of coaching. We suggest you consider adding the postals are part of your early and end of season events. In the 1970s-1980s, when postals were king, many coaches used the two mile distance to test fitness. My college coach would do a postal at beginning and end of season to see how fit we had become at end of season.
