I was with Ben Rosario last weekend. Ben was with one of his runners, Ryan Dohner, who was running his debut over the half marathon distance. It was fun watching Ben with his athlete, encouraging before and after. In this video, the sixth in a series, Ben Rosario speaks about the art and science of coaching.
