TALLAHASSEE (USA, Dec 10): Olympic steeplechase finalist Colleen Quigley won the USATF Club Cross Country Championships at the Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Florida over 6km in 19:31 ahead of Sarah Pagano (19:36) and Samantha Silva (19:36) while Sam Chelanga and Stanley Kebenei finished first and second in the men's 10km in 28:55 and 29:04 respectively with Morgan Pearson third (29:05). Team titles for Boston Athletic Association (women) and American Distance Project (men).

RunBlogRun opines: The USATF Club Cross Country Championships is an important meet. I was fortunate to visit it last year in San Francisco and it is our sport at its purest. Great to see some of our finest competing at the event. Thanks to Tallahassee for supporting the fine event. Cross country is key for the development for middle distance runners and long distance runners.

Congrats to Colleen Quigley, Sam Chelanga, ADP and BAA Performance.
