He wears his emotions on his shirt sleeve. This man loves his athletes and his athlete respect him, and yes, love him. In his eighth decade on this planet, Gags, as this fine coach is called, knows a few things on training for cross country. Watch, take notes, repeat.
Coach Frank Gagliano is the head coach of the HOKA ONE ONE New Jersey New York Track Club. We met up with Coach a the New York City marathon and plied him with questions. At that time, he invited us to come and see his clubs workouts in New Jersey, so watch for that this Spring 2017.
