Kori Carter has had promise for several years. She just did not have good luck. That changed in 2017, as Kori made the World Champs team, and in the final, Kori Carter took the gold from the very hands of WL Dalilah Muhammed. In third place was Ristiananna Tracy, who, again impressed many with her gutty running.
