2019 HOKA ONE ONE Week 27, beginning of summer mileage, Week 2, Day 1: Monday is fun day


This is the second week of the beginning of summer mileage. On Monday, you run 50 minutes in a park. The idea is to give your feet a variety of surfaces to keep them healthy. Run with friends.

Monday, July 8, 2019: 50 minute park run

Beginning of summer mileage, Week 2, Day 1

Monday: 50 minute park run

Tuesday: 50 minute hilly run, with at least 5 hills

Wednesday: 60 minute run, relaxed

Thursday: 50 minute run, go out in 26 minutes, come back in 24 minutes

Friday: 50 minute park run

Saturday: 45 minute easy run

Sunday: 65-70 minute long run
