Thursday: Fartlek, 45 minutes, 4 times 5 minutes at 5k pace, 5 minutes easy, 2 minutes easy, cooldown
Friday: easy 40 minutes
Saturday: 1 mile all comers race, warm up, cooldown
Sunday: 50 minute run with friends
