The London Marathon will be held on October 4, 2020. The non elite event will be virtual event, and the elite event will be 19.2 laps. It will be like a long, long track event.
LONDON (GBR): The Virgin Money London Marathon has announced its schedule to be held next week in the build-up to the race on 4 October. Wednesday: Eliud Kipchoge and Kenenisa Bekele. Thursday: Brigid Kosgei and Ruth Chepngetich. Friday: Lily Partridge and Steph Twell followed by Jonny Mellor and Chris Thompson. Saturday: Wheelchair athletes: Manuela Schär and Shelly Woods followed by David Weir and Marcel Hug. The winner’s press conference will be held on Monday at 11am.
