BERLIN (GER): Malaika Mihambo talks about her life after winning gold in Doha and her solo travel experiences in a podcast which has been produced by Leichtathletik.de. She said: “I’ve grown inside, yes, but I don’t define myself by it. I’m just as down to earth as I was before I won the World Championships. It doesn’t determine my self-worth or how I treat other people.” On her solo travelling experiences, Mihambo said: “Traveling alone, especially, I grow incredibly. It gave me a lot of life experience and confidence, even when others had doubts. Having the courage to stand by your own decisions – that is important.”
